Pilot users receive guided onboarding, and their feedback directly influences the product. Your content and voice remain under your control. The 14-day trial requires no credit card.
You choose the answer policy. It can use only approved sources or clearly identify when it is drawing on general knowledge. You also set topics to avoid and what it should do when uncertain.
Use an existing TXT transcript to add a recording’s content. Knowledge accepts PDF, DOCX, EPUB, TXT, Markdown and CSV. Import webpage previews one public HTTPS page for your approval, with its URL kept for citations. Some pages cannot be imported; upload an authorized text or PDF export instead. Saving your profile website address does not import content, and the importer does not crawl or sync a whole website. Voice cloning is a separate step.
No. The setup guides you through your profile, purpose, audience, personality, knowledge, voice, boundaries, and calls to action.
You can shape its tone, depth, humour, point of view, storytelling style, and signature phrases. With permission, a recognizable synthetic voice can make conversations feel natural.

Your content remains yours. Voice cloning requires confirmation that you own the voice or have explicit permission to create its synthetic version.
