“Every speaker in the room has the same problem. The planner’s questions arrive after hours, between sessions, or right before we make a decision without them. Always-On Advisor fixes that. You give it your one-sheet, your programs, and your keynote transcripts. It talks to planners in your voice about audience fit, outcomes, and formats, then guides the qualified ones to your calendar. This is the tool I point speakers to first. It works for ANY business, any event, any tourism board. It’s a game changer.”

Booking links open your existing calendar; they do not book appointments automatically. Setup means guided steps inside the product, not a done-for-you build. Ask Aidan about hands-on help or custom requirements.
All plans use the same document upload limits: Select up to 20 files at once, with a maximum of 50 MB per batch. PDF, DOCX and EPUB: 10 MB each. TXT, Markdown and CSV: 2 MB each. These are batch limits, not a total document allowance.
Voice knowledge currently supports up to 100,000 characters of approved material per Advisor. For a larger voice library, talk with Aidan before choosing a plan.
When voice minutes run out, voice pauses until the allowance resets or you add minutes. Text chat remains available on an active plan. Optional top-ups: 100 minutes for $20 USD, 250 for $45, 500 for $80, or 1,000 for $149.
Voice allowances reset monthly, including on annual plans. Purchased minutes roll over while your subscription remains active.

You choose the answer policy. It can use only approved sources or clearly identify when it is drawing on general knowledge. You also set topics to avoid and what it should do when uncertain.
Use an existing TXT transcript to add a recording’s content. Knowledge accepts PDF, DOCX, EPUB, TXT, Markdown and CSV. Import webpage previews one public HTTPS page for your approval, with its URL kept for citations. Some pages cannot be imported; upload an authorized text or PDF export instead. Saving your profile website address does not import content, and the importer does not crawl or sync a whole website. Voice cloning is a separate step.

Your content remains yours. Voice cloning requires confirmation that you own the voice or have explicit permission to create its synthetic version.
